We aim to deliver all orders reliably, quickly and affordably across the UK.

DELIVERY AREAS
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses, plus most postcodes in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands — remote locations may take slightly longer. At present we only ship within the UK.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

• Orders are processed within 1‑2 working days (Monday‑Friday, excluding bank holidays).

• Standard Delivery: 2‑4 working days

• Express Delivery: 1‑2 working days (if available & selected)
Times are estimates only — delays very occasionally happen due to courier or public holiday reasons.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Standard delivery: £2.99 – £3.99 (based on item size/weight)

• ✅ FREE standard delivery on all orders over £35

• Express delivery: £5.99 – £6.99

• Bulky/large items: small extra charge shown clearly at checkout

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once dispatched, we email you a tracking number so you can follow progress online.

DELIVERY DETAILS

• Please provide a full, correct address and contact number.

• If no‑one is available to receive, the courier may leave in a safe place, with a neighbour, or leave a card to rearrange.

• Address changes cannot be made once an order has been sent.
